ZOLL has several initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the places we live, work, and play.
ZOLL’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create connections for employees that build a sense of community, enhance our culture, foster meaningful employee experiences, and support business priorities. ERGs are open to everyone at ZOLL who has an interest in joining them. An advisory council of employee volunteers brings varied perspectives together to sustain a welcoming and positive work environment.
Through robust and award-winning employee benefits, we support physical, emotional and financial well-being. We provide company-sponsored AED training and give employees the opportunity to receive a ZOLL device after completion. We also offer discounts for employees to obtain equipment to safeguard their families and others in their community.
