Since ZOLL’s founding in 1980, our contributions have been making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families all over the world. Our medical devices, software and related services are used globally to diagnose and treat patients suffering from serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Our contributions extend beyond our innovative lifesaving and life-sustaining products. We are also committed to supporting our employees and the communities we serve. Giving Back

ZOLL has several initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the places we live, work and play.

  • Our Anything Can Happen. Anyone Can Help.™ campaign helps educate the public about AEDs and offers tools that communities can use to help increase access to AEDs.
  • ZOLL’s Heroes for Life program recognizes and celebrates survivors of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and the heroes who helped save their lives.
  • ZOLL donates devices, funding for educational programs, and expertise to a variety of organizations across the U.S. and worldwide.
  • The ZOLL Foundation, a non-profit organization, supports early-stage research from younger scientists. The Foundation has delivered nearly $8 million in grants to 172 recipients since 2014.
  • ZOLL offers employees paid time off for volunteering to make an impact in their communities.

Community at ZOLL

ZOLL’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create connections for employees that build a sense of community, enhance our culture, foster meaningful employee experiences, and support business priorities. ERGs are open to everyone at ZOLL who has an interest in joining them. An advisory council of employee volunteers brings varied perspectives together to sustain a welcoming and positive work environment.

Employee Wellness

Through robust and award-winning employee benefits, we support physical, emotional, and financial well-being. We provide company-sponsored AED training and give employees the opportunity to receive a ZOLL device after completion. We also offer discounts for employees to obtain equipment to safeguard their families and others in their area.
